Linux Mint Search Plugin

I was surprised to see recently that the Google search results obtained via Firefox search plugin on Daryna had a much different look. It really didn't bother me until I had to perform an image search. This option, or any advanced options for this matter, are missing from the results page.

Hm. Not fun. So, I embarked on the quest for finding out how to revert back to the un-mintified Firefox plugin. And then I came across this:

The highest single source of revenue for Linux Mint isn’t the donations, it isn’t ads on the website, it is the default start page in Firefox. This simple search plugin is estimated to generated from 2 to 40 times more money than the start page itself. If this proves to be the case we’ll be in a position to grow and to achieve things we never dreamed off before. - http://www.linuxmint.com/blog/?p=142

I must say, this seems like a pretty smart way to provide a somewhat steady financial support for such project. If a slight and sporadic inconvenience like this one helps to maintain and push forward a cool project like Linux Mint, then I'm willing to cope with it and go Google's home page when I need the advanced stuff.
