• Product Selection and Booking: Users select and reserve a product based on predefined criteria, with a credit card required for booking. The application holds the booking amount upon owner confirmation.
• Booking Confirmation/Rejection: Product owners have three days to accept or reject bookings. Upon confirmation, the booking amount is withdrawn from the renter's credit card.
• Product Pickup: Renters pick up the product at the designated address and date, exchanging a code for identity confirmation is required.
• Product Return: Renters return the product to the same address, confirming with an exchange of code.
• Termination: Both parties can rate their experience and provide reviews within five days after product return. The booking amount is held for five business days before payout to the owner.
